This flexible auditorium features state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment with access to the 297-seat Jan and Trevor Rees-Jones Exhibition Hall, Lamar Hunt Family Sports Hall, Moody Family Children’s Museum, classrooms and a musical staircase.

This space boasts an observation deck showcasing the Living Roof of drought-resistant native plants and beautiful views of the Dallas skyline. Level 1 also features the glass-encased Main Lobby, The Hoglund Foundation Theater, a National Geographic Experience and an entrance to the spectacular 54’ continuous-flow glass escalator.

Explore the wonders of the human body and the innovation found in modern engineering marvels throughout the Discovering Life Hall, Being Human Hall and Texas Instruments Engineering and Innovation Hall.

Featuring the dimly lit Lyda Hill Gems and Minerals Hall with 200 gorgeous mineral specimens from around the world, Level 3 also houses the Rees-Jones Foundation Dynamic Earth Hall and the Tom Hunt Energy Hall. Guests can enjoy an intimate dinner within the gem exhibit or explore the entire space for a large reception on the entire level.

Took the kids to the Perot Museum today for a birthday party. It was our first time to go to the museum. The dinosaur exhibit are particularly amazing, especially for young kids that are in love with dinosaurs. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

..A family friend rented out the museum for a college graduation party and I was able to explore the museum without the hassle of a crowd. We were on the second floor and ate dinner amongst the gems. The museum was beautiful and I really enjoyed the oil exhibit... If my experience at a private party was so exquisite, then I look forward to going another day.

Attended a corporate holiday party here and it was a great event. All of the staff members were courteous and prompt. The food offered good variety and taste, especially considering the difficult task of feeding 500+ people, and was spaced out between floors (a nice touch).

Despite all of the festivities, it was still easy and enjoyable to peruse the various exhibits throughout the four floors.
